Today is a special day for me, I've just realized my dream of starting my own company !

So, I'm sitting down with a good cigar and savoring a whiskey to mark the occasion…

Then, I find myself thinking of you in this moment when I feel alive.
I can't help but think that you would have also come to help me set up, lend a hand with friends on a weekend.
Today, if I've come this far, it's also thanks to you, who from somewhere I don't know, gave me the courage to see my project through to the end.

I recall the last time I saw you, playing with my daughter. I was proud to see both of you laughing and playing together during a weekend at a countryside house to celebrate your 30th birthday, as well as Kevin's and my wife's.
A suspended moment, etched in my soul.

Then, I take another sip, savoring the moment and feeling alive.

I remember that crazy idea I had of following you, Kéké, and Titi to the Dax festivals from Bordeaux on bicycles! An unforgettable adventure !

Then I relight my cigar and there...

I find myself seeing you in Perpignan, hunting Pokémon, and portraying yourself as Jack Sparrow on a huge little boat without a license, caught in waves at least 1 meter high !!

I take my last sip, my cigar slowly extinguishing...
I notice a tear falling from my cheek…

Since your departure, I cherish these moments of happiness where I feel alive, imagining you by my side...
I hear your laughter in the background, accompanying me.

My only regret is not taking the time to come see you... It was just after the year-end celebrations... when leaving for Perpignan, Roxane said, "Let's stop by Doudou's and then head out." I replied, "We have a long drive, we'll visit them some other time."

Then one evening, when everything was fine, singing loudly in the shower, I stepped out of the bathroom ready to put on my comedy show for my wife !

I did come back to Bordeaux...
But this time, I carried you on my shoulder, accompanied by your friends... your family... your loved ones…
